Former Pader resident district commissioner, Dusman Okee has been left out on appointments following a recent reshuffle by the office of the president on Wednesday, 23rd March as his deputy, Emmanuel Okware handed a job in Nwoya district.
Okee has been replaced by Milton Odongo who previously worked as RDC for Lira district, meanwhile, Okware is replaced by Magala Banuli Bintambula on fresh appointments.
H.E the President in exercising his Constitutional mandate has made appointments of; Senior Presidential Advisors, RDC Secretariat Commissioners, Resident District Commissioners, Resident City Commissioners, Deputy Resident District Commissioners, and Deputy Resident City Commissioners.
Meanwhile, Susan Akany, Agago district resident district commissioner was among the RDCs dropped and replaced by Emmanuel Okot. Cosmas James Okidi, former councilor V for Lamiyo was appointed as the deputy resident district commissioner for Agago district.
The appointments by the president are to take immediate effect according to Faruk Kirunda, Deputy Press Secretary to H.E the President of the Republic of Uganda.
