The family of the Rtd. Col. Fearless Obwoya Oyat, the Pader district LCV has refunded shillings 1million to one of the complainants who stated that he was deceived by Oyat George Obwoya (Son to Pader LC V), after he bought a stollen bull in Pukor sub-county, Pader.
