Mr. Moses Oyugi, a resident of Omiya-pacwa sub-county in Agago district said that the death toll of innocent locals since 2019 stands at 13 with serious injuries at 9. He added that over 200 locals have left their homes from Lacek-oto, Lamica, and Wilyec villages due to the attack and settled in Layita trading center.
